These terms apply to your use of https://d2xtechnologies.com (the "website") and to any course, workshop, corporate training or career support you buy from D2X Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

We provide live online training in Data Engineering, Data Science and AI/ML, free demo sessions, corporate training and career support such as resume reviews, mock interviews and job referrals.

Course content, tools covered, schedules and trainers may change to keep the program up to date. We will tell enrolled students about any major change in advance.

All course material, recordings, slides, code, curriculum and content on the website belong to D2X Technologies. You get a personal, non transferable right to use them for your own learning during and after the course.

You may not copy, record, resell, upload, or share our material or class recordings, in full or in part, without our written permission.

We help with resumes, interview preparation, mock interviews and job referrals. Getting a job depends on your skills, effort, interview performance and the hiring company. We do not guarantee a job, a salary or an interview call.

A course completion certificate from D2X Technologies is issued when you finish the course and the required project work. Our certificate is not an AWS, Databricks or other vendor certification. Vendor exams are booked and paid for separately by you.

Do not misuse the website. This includes trying to break into it, submitting false or spam enquiries, copying content in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful.

The website may link to other websites (for example WhatsApp, YouTube or AWS). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Staff access to our dashboard uses Google sign in. Only authorised D2X team members may use it.

AWS, Amazon Q, Databricks, Apache Spark, Apache Iceberg, Terraform, GitLab and other product names on this website belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what we teach. D2X Technologies is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

We work hard to keep our training and website accurate and available, but we provide them "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of job, income or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid us for the course concerned.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as internet outages, power failures, illness or natural disasters. In such cases we will reschedule the affected sessions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it is not resolved, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Changes do not affect a course you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.
