1. Try before you pay
Every batch starts with 2 free classes. You pay the course fee only after attending them, once you are sure the course, the trainer and the timings are right for you.
Because you get to try the course first, fees paid after the free classes are not refundable.
2. Refund at a glance

3. Free batch transfer for technical issues
If internet, device, power or login problems stop you from attending your current batch, you can join the next batch of the same course at no extra cost. The fee you already paid carries over.
- A transfer is allowed only once per enrolment
- You must join the new batch within 1 year of your original batch start date
- Tell us before your current batch ends
4. When refunds are not given
- Course fee paid after the 2 free classes
- Classes you missed that were held as scheduled
- Removal from the course for sharing material or misconduct (see Terms and Conditions)
- Third party costs such as vendor exam fees or your own cloud account charges
5. How to ask for a refund or transfer
Email d2xtechnologies@gmail.com from the email or phone number you enrolled with. Mention your name, course, batch and payment reference. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 99723 77723.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or bank transfer) within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page on the day you paid applies to your enrolment.
